The second Film TEEP workshop for feature length fiction film projects took place in Mannheim in partnership with the co-production market Mannheim Meeting Place, parallel to Mannheim-Heidelberg IFF, between 1st to 4th of November.

The workshop has benefit of the financial and logistic/organizational support of Mannheim Meeting Place.

All the 13 projects were represented by their writers/directors and 7 of them were also represented by the producer.

The trainers involved were: Ana Magallon (Script tutor), Giovanni Robbiano (Script tutor), George Christopoulos (Film Music tutor), Phillip Bergson (International Casting and Film Promotion tutor), Ruxandra Cernat (pitching).

The workshop program included professional lectures on the following themes: common sense to story telling, pitching, music for film and music rights, international casting and film promotion. The participants could work again on their projects together with their group trainers in the special group work sessions. The evenings were dedicated to networking and screenings at Mannheim-Heidelberg IFF.

The closing evening offered a warm surprise, a screening session with participants’ previous works over delicious drinks offered by MMP  and a dinner with Italian home made pasta by Giovanni Robbiano (script tutor) with the Town Hall and MMP support.
