On the 2th of September, during the Embassies’ Festival, starting with a screening at cinema Studio, it was launched the continuation of the DVD series of the Russian Gold Films. This time the collection paid tribute to the great Russian filmmaker Andrei Tarkovski and it comprised his following four films: “Stalker”, “Andrei Rubliov”, “Ivan’s Childhood” and “The Mirror”. The cinema hall proved too small for the interested passionate audience, after all the 350 seats were taken, the queue continued outside till the first main intersection. Social media posted several photos of this unique event, without precedent in the post-revolutionary cinema screenings.
