On the 9th of May 2015,  the Embassy of the Russian Federation and the Russian Cultural Representation in Romania, with the support of Romanian Film Archives, cinema Eforie and Artviva, opened its film festival dedicated to 70th year celebration from the WWII victory under the title “Memory Power”. The film festival was prefaced by a book launch, representing a large collection of photos and memories from the Russian and Romanian war veterans.
